We process short sales on behalf of licensed individuals and organizations including Mortgage Servicers, Real Estate Professionals, Attorneys, Title and Escrow Companies, and Mortgage-backed Securities Investors (not to be confused with real estate investors).
Trudocs History
The professionals at Trudocs began processing short sales in 2002 in the southeast region of the United States. In 2007, the platform was adopted on a national scale. Today, Trudocs is processes short sales in almost every market in the US.
Trudocs offers a completely FREE short sale processing and training solution. Real Estate Professionals receive their own personal Transaction Coordinator to assist them by working directly with the Mortgage Servicer to obtain short sale approval and meet all lender guidelines and requirements. Real Estate Professionals keep 100% of their commissions earned. Mortgage Servicers benefit from the technology platform developed by Trudocs to streamline the short sale process as well as the national network of trained Real Estate Professionals to help establish contact with defaulted borrowers, and list short sale properties.
